How to Set It Up
All configuration happens in BigCommerce admin—Kynetik reads it automatically
Create Customer Groups
In BigCommerce admin, create groups like "Wholesale", "VIP", or "Trade Account". Assign your B2B customers to these groups.
Create Price Lists
Go to Products → Price Lists. Create a new price list with your B2B prices. Set prices for individual products or import from CSV.
Assign to Groups
In the price list settings, assign it to your customer group. Optionally restrict to specific channels (like your POS channel).
Done! Pricing Works Automatically
When staff select a customer from that group in Kynetik POS, prices update automatically. No extra configuration needed.
