When you install our app, we receive access to:

  • Product catalog (names, prices, inventory, images)

  • Staff user accounts

  • Staff PINs (stored as secure hashes)

Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Secure credential storage (hashed PINs, encrypted tokens)

Product data is cached locally on POS devices for offline functionality. This cache is cleared when the app is uninstalled or the device is deregistered.

  • BigCommerce - Your store platform and data source
  • Stripe - Payment processing
  • Twilio - SMS receipts and OTP verification
  • SendGrid - Email receipts and notifications
  • Cloudflare - Hosting and edge computing

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you have our app installed and your account is active. When you uninstall the app, we delete your credentials and device registrations. Transaction history remains in your BigCommerce store.
