Billing & Plans

What counts as a "location"?
Each physical store address counts as one location. If you have 3 stores, you need 3 locations. All locations must be on the same plan.
What counts as a "device"?
Any phone or tablet running the Kynetik app. One device = one register. Each plan includes devices, and you can add more at the per-device rate shown.
Can I add more devices than included?
Yes! Starter includes 2 devices, Professional includes 4, and Business includes 6. Add extra devices at $29, $25, or $19/mo respectively.
How does billing work?
Billing is handled securely through your BigCommerce account in USD. It appears on your regular BigCommerce invoice.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts, ever. Pay month-to-month and cancel anytime. We believe in earning your business every month.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Contact us if you're running 5 or more locations and we'll put together custom pricing that makes sense for your business.

How long does setup actually take?
Most stores are up and running in under 15 minutes. Install from BigCommerce marketplace, scan the QR code on your device, and you're ready to sell.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Use any iOS or Android device you already own. For card payments, we support Stripe Terminal readers and Tap to Pay on iPhone/Android.
What if I need help setting up?
Starter plans include our help center and video tutorials. Professional and Business plans include live chat and phone support respectively.
